Move of the Month - The Squat Up with Nataucha Christoffersen

This is a great full body exercise. No equipment needed. Start in a low squat position with feet shoulder width apart. Engage your abs, visualize pulling your belly button down. Your upper body is going to lean forward. Your arms should be out in front ready to do a push up. Let your upper body drop forward until your hands are flat on the floor, complete a push up, while keeping your core tight and lower body in a seated squat position. Come back to a squat position, drop your butt towards the floor and repeat. This is a continuous motion.
