Move of the Month - Gladiator Wall Whole Body Exercise by Stacey Novak

The move of the month is a whole body exercise. The gladiator wall can be used for a variety of movements.  This move works the entire body.  One set of 15 reps on the right and then one set of 15 reps on the left. Make sure you plant the back foot with a soft landing, keeping the hips square and pull through the chest. Reset, tap touch foot, and repeat.
