A2O Fitness powered by ColorFUEL invites you to participate in a workout that will get your heart pumping and endorphines flowing! We want to work with you to become the healthiest self you can be, so come and check us out. These classes are structured to integrate intense work outs with the support and motivation of a team atmosphere, while providing various progressions to accomodate people of different fitness levels. We work hard to make each class unique so our participants always have something to look forward to. Cost is $15 for Saturday sessions. Clients of A2O trainers and ColorFUEL receive a $5 discount on the Saturday sessions. Cost is $50/month for the Express Circuit class on Friday. Drop in's are welcome for $15/session.
