Bodyweight Mobility & Conditioning

Bodyweight training forces your body to its ideal composition.

Mobility conditioning training is not limited to easy recovery and flexibility sessions. This is a challenging metabolic class that builds strength and injury resistance, while creating proper movement patterns and joint range-of-motion.

You will use your body’s own weight to enhance strength and injury protection while building cardiovascular efficiency.

This class is metabolically challenging for all levels. You will work at your own pace under the supervision of an experienced coach to work on your individual weak points.

This could be the most important class you ever take.

Heavy Metal Kettlebells

This 60 minute strength and conditioning class is designed to teach the form and function of fundamental Kettlebell exercise movements. Class sessions will address the training needs of each individual while building upon skills and techniques. Students that consistently attend the Heavy Metal Kettlebells class will eventually be equipped to take on the Level II and Level III training programs where they will be tested and challenged by training programs designed to incorporate their newly-learned skills and techniques. 

Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning

Exercise should not create injury. One of the goals of a quality fitness system is the capacity to build strength and build injury resistance for sport or daily life.

Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning is a general fitness program primarily using kettlebell and bodyweight exercise, using high-yield/low-risk exercises designed to build tremendous work capacity while minimizing the risk of injury. As a complete fitness program, it is designed to build strength, power, speed, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, and coordination.

Beginner, intermediate and advanced level workouts are offered in every class. All levels welcome.
