Fitness Training Seminar with Sam Winston

The goal of this seminar is to help you become more informed about health and fitness as well as how to more effectively apply concepts.

We will discuss various training styles: Cube Method, Underground Strength Systems, TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Interval Training, Penitentiary Style, Body Weight Conditioning, etc.; Diets: Atkins, Weight Watchers, Paleo, Vegan, etc. to compare and contrast the benefits and hindrances of the many options.

Wednesday, June 3, 6:00 pm at our Meridian location 6360 N. Saguaro Hills off Chinden Road between Meridian Road and Eagle Road.

You will gain knowledge that you can apply immediately and will help you be successful in our 60 Day Summer of Strength & Activity Challenge starting June 1.
