A2O is pleased to announce its 2nd annual seminar open to all figure and bodybuilding athletes. The Figure Series will be held late 2009. Stay tuned for actual dates. We will be hosting the Championship Series Seminar presented by Karin's trainer, Kim Oddo, of Body by O, located in Temecula, California and Hany Rambod, also known as the "Pro Creator". Kim trains IFBB pro-level figure competitors Gina Aliotti, Sonia Adcock, Mary Jo Cooke, Monica Brandt & Felicia Romero. Hany works with IFBB pro bodybuilders Phil Heath, Troy Brown, Brandon Curry and IFBB figure pro, Jenny Lynn to name a few. Hany also pens his own section on www.musculardevelopment.com.
