We want to help you reach your goals one step at a time while recognizing and supporting your efforts. Write your goal(s) down, set a deadline and go for it! We will be awarding some amazing prizes.
- Your goal must NOT be weight related
- Your goal must be health or strength related
- You must attend two classes each week OR train with one of our personal trainers
- You should be willing to share your story, goals and results
- Participating dates: February 15 - April 15, 2015
