There is no "one size fits all" exercise or diet. A persons' choice in exercise or diet needs to compliment the goals they are pursuing. This class will talk about setting goals, analyzing exercise systems, diets, and provide an open forum for questions about health and fitness. The instructors will teach, answer questions and give advice about incorporating the most effective training program possible.
The goal of this seminar is to help you become more informed about health and fitness as well as how to more effectively apply concepts.
We will discuss various training styles: Cube Method, Underground Strength Systems, TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Interval Training, Penitentiary Style, Body Weight Conditioning, etc.; Diets: Atkins, Weight Watchers, Paleo, Vegan, etc. to compare and contrast the benefits and hindrances of the many options.
